Appointment Scheduling

Qasim Homeopathy Clinic operates by appointment only. Contact us at any time to discuss your needs with a certified practitioner. Appointments can be scheduled online, over the phone, or via email.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Missed appointments or late cancellations leave a gap that could have been filled by another patient. Therefore, any cancellations or changes to your appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email. Patients who cancel or miss an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the missed appointment.

Late Policy

If you arrive late for your appointment, our practitioners will treat you for the remaining session time only, with no cost reduction. We cannot extend appointments beyond the originally scheduled time due to our busy schedule.ent.

Insurance

Most of our massage therapy services are covered by health insurance. Please call us for more information.

First Appointments

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your initial visit to complete health information forms and discuss your concerns with your therapist. For further details, please contact our office.

COVID-19 Guidelines for Patients and Therapists

Our plan is designed to minimize the risk of exposure to COVID-19 for both patients and practitioners. Here’s how we maintain a safe environment:

Illness and Health Concerns

Inform us of any health issues, allergies, or concerns before treatment. If you have a cold, fever, or flu, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the health of other clients and staff.

Pre-Screening / Prior to Arrival

Patients are informed of their responsibilities at the time of booking, including completing the online BC COVID-19 Symptom Self-Assessment one day prior to their consultation. If symptoms are present, the session must be canceled, and patients are advised to stay home and/or call 8-1-1. Late cancellation fees are waived during these times. Patients should bring their own masks, which may be required during treatment. If unavailable, a mask will be provided at no extra charge. Staff and therapists complete a self-assessment daily and stay home if symptomatic.

Upon Arrival

Clients undergo a screening, including self-assessment questions and a temperature check. Treatment proceeds based on the assessment results. Informed Consent forms must be signed, and masks are required in the clinic. If clients do not have a mask, one will be provided.

Reception Area

Clients should arrive alone unless assistance is needed. Wait in your car until called to enter. Pre-screening is conducted at the door before being taken to the treatment room.

After Treatment

Respect social distancing and allow time for sanitization. Promptly leave after paying or arranging direct billing.

Enhanced Cleaning

Extra time is scheduled between appointments for thorough cleaning. Common areas and high-touch surfaces are disinfected regularly. Treatment tables and equipment are sanitized after each use, and all linens are single-use and laundered with high heat, detergent, and bleach.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Masks are mandatory for everyone aged 5+ in public indoor settings, per public health guidelines. Therapists may use additional PPE based on professional judgment. Refusal to wear a mask may result in appointment cancellation, communicated in advance, with accommodations considered.

Professional Obligations

Therapists must have professional liability insurance and may choose not to practice if they assess the risk as unacceptable. In case of alleged COVID-19 transmission, the therapist will report to public health and cease services until directed otherwise. Asymptomatic transmission is an unavoidable risk, but we follow protocols to mitigate it.

Informed Consent

Patients must be informed of the risk of COVID-19 transmission during treatment and consent to proceed. The therapist documents this consent.
